Sturdion provides AI-powered voice agents and related software services for service businesses, including but not limited to automated call handling, dispatch notifications, and operational tools. Our services are provided on a subscription or usage basis as described in your service agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized communications (spam)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use our AI agents for any deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

5. SMS and Communications

Our services may include SMS-based notifications and communications. By using these features:

  • You confirm that you have obtained proper consent from message recipients
  • You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients
  • Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP

Users of the Sturdion platform provide express consent to receive automated service updates via SMS. This consent is captured via a recorded verbal agreement during the AI-handled intake call or via a manual opt-in on our digital service forms.

SMS Program Terms: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, text STOP to our number at any time. To receive help, text HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Sturdion LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sturdion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Sturdion in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our AI agents will be error-free, that all calls will be handled without issue, or that our services will meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our services or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Connecticut.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
